Over charges. The workers were hard workers but had no idea how to replace a serpentine belt. Spent two days trying until my husband looked it up and told them how to do it. Was done in minutes after my husband showed them. Owner kept telling us he would have us on the road Sunday night when all along he knew the belt wouldn’t be in until Monday.
